El depto esta muy bien ubicado, desde la ventana ves de un lado al mar, y al otro lado la Sagrada Familia. Tienes transporte publico en la puerta como a dos cuadras-el fgc, metro y tranvia-, rodeada de supermercados, bares. Efectivamente si vuelvo a Barcelona, vuelvo a lo de Juan.

Rita es encantadora y muy atenta me hizo un bizcocho con chocolate delicioso para desayunar , y también su hija e hijo. El paseo marítimo es muy agradable para tomarse algo en una terraza o pasear. El barrio es seguro. Excelente experiencia haber sido huésped de Tha. Una anfitriona amable, veraz, muy acogedora. Su piso es cómodo, el edificio y los alrededores limpio, la habitación soleada y aireada, sin pretensiones tal como se describe.

Leticia fue muy amable y simpatica. La habitacion es correcta y el piso se encuentra muy cercano a la playa y a la Universitat Pompeu Fabra. Recomendable si tienes un presupuesto ajustado! The room is close to all the major Barcelona tourist areas but still in a quiet neighbourhood. The house was clean and great to stay in. Maria is a wonderful hostess, who accepts guests with pleasure. The accommodation is in excellent condition. It's convenient to get to the sea and to the city center. The apartment is located closed to the metro station "Marina". The room has everything you need for relaxation. Moreover, Maria shared the means of protection from the sun, when it was necessary. The only drawback was that you couldn't cook on your own.
When I was looking through the ad, it was written "Guests can cook their own food. This didn't spoil our holiday, as it was an incentive to try the national dishes. It's an old building though and the neighbors in the next building could be noisy at night. My wife and I stayed there for 6 nights and we enjoyed it. Fernanda and Dani are friendly hosts and helpful with tips about where to go around the area. They have nice flat in a good location in a pretty hip area of Barcelona.

The flat was very clean and perfectly located in the center of barceloneta!! If i come back to barcelona i will defo come back to this one!! Can not say enough great things about this apartment and the hosts. Dani was incredibly helpful and was quick to answer any questions or offer suggestions! We did a pub crawl through the hosts and it was the highlight of our trip! The location is amazing 5 minutes from the beach and the metro is even closer.

Sin dudas un lugar muy recomendable, muy bien decorado y con todo lo indispensable para tener una comoda estadia. Ubicado muy cerca las ramblas y del centro de la ciudad y en los alrededores hay un centro comercial, supermercados, restaurantes, bancos, casino, etc…. Sin dudas repetiríamos nuetra estadia en el loft. Mercedes and Rolf were hands down the best Airbnb host's I've ever had. The studio is fantastic and very clean. Anything I needed they were quick to accommodate or fix. The studio is close to the metro as well as walking distance to the beach as well as great restaurants and nightlife.
Thanks for having me and I will definitely be back! The building was undergoing renovation when we were supposed to stay there, but it was not mentioned in the description. The bed was too small for two people, and there were ants in the apartment. The apartment is quiet at night , but don't plan on sleeping past 8 am as the street gets noisy quickly. Other than that, the apartment is nicely done, but too expensive for what it is.
I was planing on staying a month but because of the issues described above I had to find a different place, which was fortunate as I got a much better location and triple the space for basically the same amount of money. Really nice and perfect place.
Modern place retro interior. Very close to metro and beach. Host is too helpful. I stayed in Mercedes's apartment for two months. This place was super modern with a great taste. The location was perfect. The metro station, Bogatell L4, is reachable by less than 5 min walk. You can go to the beach by walk in 15 minutes. Also, the city centre is in walkable distance. Mercedes was always open to talk any issues or questions. She was the great host. I recommend to someone who wants to have peaceful vibes from the hustle and bustle in the city center of Barcelona.

Everything was always clean and he was always willing to help. I really recommend it! The journey from the airport to this station took us about an hour which is not bad at all. The flat itself is kept clean and airy. It may not be trendy designed but it definitely has its charm. I am sure you will find that little balcony being a great feature as we did. Our room was clean, with enough space for two people. We had no issues with a comfort of our bed either. Walter is kind person by nature and a helpful host. Overall I would say a good value for the money and Walter is a bonus on the top.
The room is good and has a nice balcony, there is a semi-separation to the room, so we had privacy going out and back. We comfortably used the kitchen, and the bathroom was nice and spacious. The location is super good for the festival if one wants also to be close to the city center, walkable distance, as well as easy transportation. Walter is very nice and helpful host. The flat is conveniently located close to the metro station, however, there's a lot of noise coming from the nearby road-crossing. Walter welcomed us into his home and let us know straight away that we were welcome to use the kitchen which we did. The bathroom was shared but there was no issues there at all. He gave us all the privacy we needed.
My two main tips would be: The road outside can be very noisy especially in the morning. Neither of these things affect how great the place is really, and can be easily fixed with a bit of effort. Hemos estado en la casa para diez dias en el mes de agosto, cucina y baños compartidos, habitacion privada, dueña muy disponible, casa siempre limpia, habitacion pequeña pero con todos los necesarios. Posicion muy cerca de la playa, diez minutos de la barceloneta. Lo recomiendo mucho. Excelentes anfitrionas ella y sus hijas. Puede que esté sea el mejor lugar de Airbnb en el que he estado. El complejo es ejemplar. Tiene un estupendo y extenso patio interior. El interior del apartamento proyecta tal gusto estético y de iluminación que es placentero estar en el.
Fue un privilegio estar aquí. Jose Laboy La experiencia en el apartamento de Alba fué muy acogedora. José Omar. Mi amiga Nath y yo hemos pasado el fin de semana en Barcelona. La casa de Alba tenía un buen precio. Dormimos en una de las habitaciones, era como estar de vuelta en casa de mis padres, pero las camas eran comodas si bien entraba mucha luz en la habitación. Por suerte no trasnochamos y madrugamos. La limpieza de la casa deja mucho que desear, el baño se veía poco limpio y olía.
La casa necesita una limpieza profunda, porque no es cuestión de unos días, es una falta de mantenimiento, incluida la cocina. Cuando volvimos la madre de Alba se mostró muy complaciente para que no tuviéramos prisa. La limpieza e higiene de su baño también bastante bastante escasa. Cuando nos fuimos nos despedimos amigablemente , si bien Alba no lo hizo, supongo que cuando tienes 20 años como ella, las cosas se ven de otra manera. La localización de la casa no es buena salvo que vayas a Barcelona solo por la playa. La próxima vez que vaya a Barcelona no repetiré. Eso sí, el precio es barato.

Alba and her family are great hosts, very friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out times were flexible. The room is just how it looks in the pictures it may not be for you if you need a spacious room but is perfectly fine if you come in just to sleep. The neighborhood is quite residential and felt safe; it is very close to the beach and the public transport.
